I am a London based photographer, specialising in documenting events and capturing individuals in a naturalistic way. Growing up in Hong Kong, I have grown accustomed to density, movement, and the complexity of shared spaces, an influence that continues to shape how I navigate and photograph the environments around me. From underground music venues, drag competitions, graffiti artists, I become involved with the places and people I document.
A very candid, and naturalistic style runs through my work with the line between myself as an attendee and as an external viewer is lost; I aim to capture not just as a fly on the wall but a participant. I have a strong desire for authenticity in my visual language, utilising both analogue and digital photography. Movement, human connection, and being in the moment are intrinsic to my visual language.
